If your in the area and wish to support a local business instead of a corporate chain,, this is the place.. No bugs, clean rooms, no hassle. This place has been owned and operated by locals since its inception. That's rare if it's true. Another reason I like the place. Nightly or weekly. It's a cool place to chill if your on an overnight, weekend or extended stay. The place is dated but I like the character. Believe me ,, this place is not that bad. Front desk clerk is always friendly and the manager lady cleans, repairs and paints these rooms all the time from what I have seen. I have even seen the desk clerk lady at times working on these rooms keeping them fresh and clean, and I have had no experience of people entering the room or theft that I'm aware of. I will recommend this place and if I'm ever in the area again I'll book a room if it's available Hope this helps,,,, Let's see how it goes.
What I like about it is it's very quiet nobody in and out all night and you really get rest I come here every so often just to get some peace and quiet and rest people who own it the management is very nice
We were actually pretty impressed with this place despite its ratings and reputation.. But after paying the lowest-priced fee available in 2 County's for our 2 week endeavor we were presented our room with 2 beds and small kitchen space. It was acceptable in cleanliness, space and amenities. The amenities were nice cable selection, phone in room and WIFI. At least those are what we used there may be more. A nice touch was the full size coffee pot and needs to use. They were also very accommodating with our special need of extra parking and receiving packages. No hassle at all, nor was it a problem when my mother fell into our laps and we had to add her to visit for several nights. No extra fees at all. Over all it may not be the Hilton but it was more that worth the rate.
